The units were good with all my belongings inside. The staff are really kind and good and ready to help if you need anything.

The hotel has nice location close to the restaurant, a taxi and the airport. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Sparky's Grill, offering food to go. We stayed in a standard queen room with great comfort.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

We greatly enjoyed our one night here. Our standard king room featured advertised Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed, which added to our positive experience. the property is conveniently located in the center of the city, and we appreciated being close to the airport and only a short taxi ride away.

The location of the hotel is nice, facing city. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Misterios subway station. The rooms are modern and silent and they have flat-screen television, a safe, coffee and tea making equipment.

We loved the cozy beds in the rooms and the convenient proximity to the city's attractions.

The location was exceptionally nice - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Misterios subway station, was a big plus. So glad that a Wheelchair Accessible room with a comfortable bed and advertised Wifi, for instance we booked was available. A hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets were a plus.

We found this place to be great for our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the local bus to take us to all the must-see spots. There were also plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. Plus, it's close to the airport, which made for a smooth transition in and out of the area.

The location was convenient and easy to reach the city center by local bus. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe, which I really enjoyed.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, including traditional Mexican dishes. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of several places we wanted to visit. There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The hotel charged a high premium for their taxi service, which was much more expensive than using Uber.
